Let us introduce you to Jakob. He is one of the newest additions to the team, but not new at all to the trainer role. Quite the opposite!

He has been working as a trainer for 10 years and he is also a teacher at highly renowned Eleiko Educations.

The list of Jakob’s skills is a long one. He’s been doing soccer, CrossFit and martial arts and is also exceptionally good at power lifting and gymnastics. This level of experience makes him a superb trainer and if you are interested in optimizing your movement pattern, your mobility and bettering your overall performance in sports or every day life, Jakob is your man!

He also instructs a bunch of the group classes at our City location. Both lifting classes and circuits. The class that is specially designed by Jakob is ‘Mobility & Stability’. A class everybody should do frequently. Your body will thank you for that.
